It has been brought to <br />our attentiion that the Everett City Council has issued an <br />Order of Demolit-ion for a house the Rathols own located at <br />4502 Dfukilteo IIlvd., F.veretC, �4A 9gz�1• 'Phe Rathols are <br />askin9 that the city council staY ��airs�oneL-heir�hometwithinve <br />hired contractors to finish the rel <br />two months. <br />It is our understanding that five years ago, �ohen l-he Kathols <br />first purchased Chis house, Uiat an order Y.o comply �vith the <br />city building codes �•:as issued. 57ithin this five year period <br />the Y.athols have asked for and were granted two extensions. <br />io date, the Rathols have not been aUle to complete the repairs. <br />The reason why thi� house has not been completed are two-fold. <br />First, as you are all aware, ihe economy and the slump in the <br />b�ailding trades has been severe.
