The.Council granted him permission <br />to do so with the stipulation that the exterior be completed <br />by February 15, 1978. <br />An inspection on February 2, 1978 has shown that there has been <br />considerable work completed which includes: <br />excavation, pouring of footings, <br />removal of deteriorated materials <br />and roof repair. <br />If the owner continues at his pre�ent rate, he should have most <br />of the exterior completed by February 15, 1978. <br />I recor,unend that he be allowed to continue. <br />JAMIE G.
