I t:old <br />them you had been working on the house during the summer and it <br />was secure at this time. The grass and weeds have taken over the <br />property and your attention is necessary in eliminating this <br />problem. Also, one of the front windows has been broken. <br />You stated that 3007 Federal would be secured. I drove by the <br />house this week and it is still sittinq c:ide open. Since this <br />house remains a nuisance and a hazard to the public, I have no <br />alternative but to continue with abatement procedures on it. <br />Contact the Building Inspection Department at 259-8745 if you <br />have any questions in regard to these structures. <br />Yours truly, <br />Kenneth W.
