Also enclosed is a copy of <br />the City of Everc;t Council Resolution No. 1388 adopted on <br />December 28> 1977, authorizin9 the Building Official to proceed <br />with demolition of the structure. <br />Since the adoption of the Resolution by Council, the City has <br />granted numerous extensions to complete the required wurk on the <br />structure.
