Blk 1 Lot 10 <br />Dear Mr. Bluhm: <br />Enclosed is a copy of che Building Official's Notice and Order of <br />Unsafe Buildings dated June 16, 1976. Also enclosed is a copy of <br />the City of Everett Council Resolution No. 1388 adopted on <br />December 28, 1977, authorizing the Building Official to proceed <br />with demolition of the structure. <br />Since the adoption of the Resolution by Council, the City has <br />granted numerous extensions to complete the required work on the <br />structure. As of this time, all permits and extensions to com- <br />plete the work on the structure have expired. No additional <br />permits will be issued nor will any additional extensions be <br />granted for work on this structure. <br />You are hereby put on official notice that the City of Everett is <br />proceeding with the demolition af the structure in question. <br />Vours truly, <br />Kenneth W.
