SAATVEDT and f;AY SAATVEOT, of 1408 Mukilteo Dlvd., <br />City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, <br />herein called Grantee. <br />The parties agree as follo�as: <br />I <br />COP�VEYANCE OF EASEt•1EPJT <br />Grantors hereby agree and do grant unto Grantees, <br />their heirs, successors, and assigns, an Easement for ingress <br />and egress to Grantees' property over and on the existing <br />driveway of the Grantor for a distance of 350' to a junction <br />of the driveway and the Grantees' property. Said drive�aay is <br />located on Lot 6, �daple Heights addition to Everett, according <br />to plat filed in office of Snohomish County 1luditor, Snohomis'i <br />County, State of lJashington. <br />II <br />"Driveway purposes" as used in this agreement means <br />residential driveway and it is agreed no vehicles of more than <br />12,000 pounds shall use or travel across the right of way <br />Jescribed above. <br />III <br />The drivewa,y described above shall be maintained by <br />an equal division of the costs of maintaining bet�veen the <br />Grantor and Grantee. <br />- 1 - <br />1 <br />� <br />
