These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2009 International Building Cocle,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated othenvise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The plans shall clearly define the scope of the work and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the International Residential Code (IRC). 2. Provide details for guard construction and attachment to the deck structure. Show baluster size and spacing, guard height and material. 3.
