Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Cocle,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated othenvise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The plans shall clearly define the scope of the work and show in detail that it will <br />conform to the provisions of the International Residential Code (IRC). <br />2. Provide details for guard construction and attachment to the deck structure. Show <br />baluster size and spacing, guard height and material. <br />3. Provi:'e stair details and/or section including rise, run, guard, handrail, tread material, <br />tread attachment to stringers and clarify "Simpson H.L. 43" called out at stringer (parts <br />must be used in pairs). <br />4. Provide minimum 36" landing (measured in the direction of travel) at least as wide as <br />the stairs at the bottom of the stairs <br />5. Show how existing covered porch at entry is supported. <br />6. Provide legible site plan. Remove references to garage with iiving space" addition that <br />„ <br />was done on previous permits.
