The Sponsor shall submit an easement document approved b} the City and setting <br />forth the method and responsible for maintenance of the access easement <br />providing perpetual access to all luts subject to the Short Subdivision. Said <br />e;�sement must be signed and notarized by the grantors and grantee and must be <br />a non-exclusive easement.
