Miles �zoocener+srAe« <br />1622 MUkt�tBO B1Vd EVERETTW�SMMGtON <br />9d:Ot <br />Everett WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Miles: <br />The Building Inspection Divisior, has received several complaints during <br />the last few months about the repai�•ing of vehicles at your residence. <br />On one occasion I stopped and talked with a gentleman, he did not <br />identify himself, who was working on the vehicles. I informed him that <br />the residence was situated in an R-1 zone which does not permit <br />servicing and repair of vehicles. He said the vehicles would be <br />removed the next day. The vehicles were removed and others brought in. <br />The area has been inspected several times since and several other <br />vehicles have been seen on the property being serviced and/or repaired. <br />You are hereby put on notice that the vehicle service and repair ooera- <br />tion at your residence is in direct violation of the City of Everett <br />Zoning Code. Such violations are punisliable by a fine of $500.00 or <br />by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. Each day that such violation continues to exist shall be <br />deemed to be a seuarate offense. <br />The uperation shall cease immediately. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRED R.
