Provisions for lateral bracing per Section 2517(g)3 of the UBC are not <br />providad for on plans. Submit enginaering calculations stampad by a <br />licenaed Washington State structural angineer or licensed Washington <br />State architect for lateral bracing. <br />2. Insulation levals at cantalever and at crawl spaca are not indicated on <br />plans. <br />3. Therno-ply indicated on typical wall section shall hava an R-value of <br />not less than 3.7. <br />4.
