Attached is a copy of the December letter. <br />Dave Litz came into my office a week later and said the alley (which has <br />been covered with blackberry bushes for the last forty years) is considered <br />an City �d °unimproved right-of-wa�' and the Street Department said it <br />was OK to dear off the blackberry bushes. <br />Could your Street Department please send me a letter stating it is OK to <br />clear the blackberries off the City-o unimproved right-of-way incase a <br />neighbor makes a comment to me o my contractor that we are on City <br />p����y, v�� �"} ,Qe s <br />I will get a Demolition Permit and also do a Dial-A-Dig. <br />
