Thie means aven if only one receptacle or awitch ia <br />moved an eloctrlcal permlt and inepection is required. <br />Any plumbing worlc requires a plumbing permit, inspection and <br />approval. We know from inspectione of the exterior of tha building <br />that there are plumbing violattona.
