According to Snohomish County Assessor's records and <br />affidavit, the above structures were constructed prior to January 1, 1959. <br />The detached carporUgarage does not meet the required five-foot (5') interior side <br />setback from the western property line. The carport was constructed with dimensions of <br />21' x 24' for a lotal area of 504 square feet. The height of the carporl was 9' 1". <br />Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the property owner, for information regarding <br />specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br />Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for lhe above structure(s) are <br />recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br />at the time of construction.
