Heating System: After leaving the system set for 75 and 80 degree readings on the thermostat, it developed only a 700 room temperature in the middle of the day anz2 only 650 at night. It has been left at this setting since occupancy, Recent outside temperatures have been mild, If the system has any adjustments, these must be made immediately. The system works constantly twenty four hours per day. Not once since we have been in the house has there been any warm air coming from the registers --it is always a cold blast. Electrical: Installation of switch plates at several stations and ceiling lights fixtures in halls remain not installed. tour yard outlets remain not installed.
