EVERETT INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY
INCORPORATED
MILL CHAIN - GENERAL HARDWARE
INDU2TRIAL ■UPPLIE■
1918 BROADWAY - PHONE ALPINt 9-7t56
POST DlrICt BOX 389
EVERETT. WABHINOTON 98901
September 13, 1966.
Bryant, Butterfield & Frets,
P. 0. Box 986,
Everett, Washington 98201
Dear Sirs:
Problems have developed at my new residence at 1915
Yukilteo Bouleva red.
Surface Drainage:
During the 10 minutes or so of hand rain at about
7:00 A.Y. Sunday morning, water from roof eave trough at
Southeast corner of main house swamped the gravel "roof
drain" and overflowed toward the base of the heat pump.
I was handy with a shovel and diverted it to the south
of the old stump.
Water from the street was diverted from running against
south end of garage to run over driveway into shrub area,
over driveway again and down the bank east of driveway
where a substantial wash away of the fill occureda
A two hour hard rain such as occurred twice in June would
have resulted in a washawa u which would have caused serious
and costly damage.
Heating System:
After leaving the system set for 75 and 80 degree
readings on the thermostat, it developed only a 700 room
temperature in the middle of the day anz2 only 650 at night.
It has been left at this setting since occupancy, Recent
outside temperatures have been mild, If the system has
any adjustments, these must be made immediately. The system
works constantly twenty four hours per day. Not once since
we have been in the house has there been any warm air coming
from the registers --it is always a cold blast.
Electrical:
Installation of switch plates at several stations and
ceiling lights fixtures in halls remain not installed.
tour yard outlets remain not installed.
Plumbing:
Freezeproof yard hydrant not installed.
Position of handwheel on main fresh water shut of,,' in base-
ment not corretced.
ev.
