We have been provided with Plan Sheets S1.1 through S4.1, titled, "Robinson Residence <br />Slope Stabilization — 1915 W Mukilteo Blvd, Everett, NVA 98203," dated October I, 2006, prepared by CG <br />Engineering. The City of Mukilteo has requested that we review geotechnical aspects of the provided plans <br />and prepare this letter documenting our opinions regarding plan compliance with our previous report. <br />Plans include constructing a light retaining wall to protect the top of the slope within the western portion of <br />property north of the existing residence. In our geotechnical report, we provided recommendations for <br />retaining wall construction, permanent erosion controls and slope drainage. We also recommended a <br />combination of drainage improvements and erosion control measures to improve the stability of the slopes <br />situated to the northeast and cast of the residence, which are also showing signs of movement.
