The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector (call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403) to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning the project. 7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. 8. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 9. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. 10. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 11. No building materials to be stacked on roadway and roadway to be kept clean and open for pedestrian travel. 12. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. 13. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). 14.
