We walked across the property and <br />partially down the slope into the ravine on the west side of thc property. We also walked out on thc <br />bridge over Merrill Ring Crcek. Tlie photos below show the slopc into ihe ravine takcn from the bridge. <br />Comments <br />Thc following on comments and recommendations: <br />• Tl�c slopc is steep but it appears �hat it is stable based mi ihc largc trccs and hea�y vcgetation. <br />• It is my understanding that thc City of Everclt requires a 25 f'oot set back from the edge or <br />shoulder of the slope. <br />• I also understood from you that you �vantcd to add another 10 feet to the set back making it a total <br />of 35 feet Gom the cdge. <br />Rccammendation <br />n9y recommendation is that you do not liave tl�e structurc any closcr to the slopc tiian tl�e 35 foot setback <br />that we discussed. <br />Closurc <br />�Ve appreciatc this opportuuity to be of service to you.
