BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />FINDINGS. CONCLUSIONS, AND ORDER <br />VARIANCE #15-94 <br />Based upon the written request for a variance from the City's Zoning Code <br />by: <br />Applicant: William Hummel <br />2005 Mukilteo Blvd. <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," for a vsriance from Section 6 of the <br />Use Standards Table of the City's Zoning Code special reguiation #4 which <br />limits detached accessory buildings to a maximum of 1,000 square feet. <br />The site has two existing detached accessory buildings, a 700 square foot <br />building and a I,400 square foot building. The applicant is proposing to <br />construct a 553 square foot addition to the existing 1,400 squaze foot <br />accessory building.
