Conclusions: The ganting of the variance is consistent with <br />the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan. <br />Criterion No. 6: The neEd for the requested variance is not the result of a <br />self-created hardship. <br />a. Findin : The apQlicant has stated that the need for the <br />requested variance is to allow the proposed addition to an <br />existing garage. The intent for the addition is to store a lazge <br />recreational vehicle. The proposed addition in no way will <br />create any hazdship for the owner, city or surrounding property <br />owners. <br />b. Conclusioas: A modification to one of the existing <br />outbuildings could provide coverage for the recreational <br />vetiide without further exceeding the accessory building squaze <br />footage limitation than already exists. <br />NOW, TI-IEF.EFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett dces <br />hereby order that the requested variance is DEIdIED. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be <br />final and conclusive, unless v�nthin thirty (30) days from the date of <br />issuance and siy�►ing of this order by the Chsticman of the Board, an <br />aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the Superior <br />Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the purpose of review of <br />the action taken. <br />DATED this 9th day of January 1995. 1 <br />_ � /^ <br />
