All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work sha!I be performed in accordance with the permit and current City Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this Iot. <br />6. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector, Randy Allen at 425-339-7403, to discuss potential <br />drainage routing prior to beginning the project. <br />7. Install erosion conlro� measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as s": fence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erosion biankets. <br />8. Remove erosion centrol measures upon compietion of the project prior to finai approval of the permit. <br />9. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalic and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />10. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />11. No building materials to be stacked on roadway and roadway to be kept clean and open for pedestrian travel. <br />12. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />13.
