Revised header sizes and <br />sheanvalls are noted on the plans. <br />The 2nd floor framing plan has been modified to reflect the bumpout revision. Double 1'/." x 9 YZ' LVL joists <br />have been added to the framing plan to support the header point loads from the bumpout above. All floor <br />joists along the back portion of the house have been changed to 9 Y�" TJI PRO 210's. A few of the <br />windows along the back wall have been revised in size and location. The calculations and plans for the <br />windows along the back have been modified to reflect the additional loading from the 2"° floor plan <br />change. <br />Due to site topography, the Great Room exterior side wall and a portion of the back wall are required to be <br />designed as a ca�tilevered retaining wall. Attached to this letter and added as detail R/8 to the plans is a <br />cantilevered retaining wall schedule to be used in the specified location. The retaining wall was designed <br />as a cantilevered wall and the top may step down as grade allows with a cripple wall built on top. Where <br />the retaining wall extends to the 2nd floor framing, anchor boits should be located along the top following <br />the SV�i1 sheanvall requirements.
