The variance I am requesting will not be detrimental to <br />the public welfare or injurious to the properties or improvements <br />in the vicinity of a zone in which my property is located because: <br />The variance requested is determined not to be detrirPntal or nhjprtinnahla t0 <br />properties in the vicinity, and all other reguations are consistent with the Citv <br />of Everett Zoning Ordinance. <br />POINT 3. If this variance is not granted, an unnecessary hardship <br />will continue to the owner of this property, the cause of which is <br />beyond his control because: <br />Unnecessary hardship will continue to the owner of the property because of an error <br />in the survey, resulting in a vacant home. Surveying and construction were done <br />with good intentions to comply with City of Everett ordinances. The cause of hardship <br />stems from a surveying error. <br />POINT A. So as not to grant a special privilege to me by the granting <br />of this variance I submit the following conditions to be imposed so <br />as not.to cause inconsistencies with the limitations upon other <br />properties in the vicinity and zone in which I am located. <br />There are no objections to other variances of this sort in the vicinity of this____ <br />property. <br />rr. <br />
