Bosman, 6010 136th St. S.E, Everett, NA for a variance from <br />Section 19.14.050, Everett Municipal Code, Yard Requirements, <br />Paragraph A, for permission to build a•single family residence <br />to within ten (10) fePt of the front property line rather than <br />the code requirement of twenty (20) feet, <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 126, Valley View, according to plat thereof <br />recorded in vol.ume 27 oi plats, pages 88 to 90, <br />inclusive, records of Snohomish County, Wash- <br />ington, also that portion of Lot 129, Valley <br />View, described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Nor�heast corner of said Lot 129; thence <br />Soutli 0°25'13" [9est along East line of s$id <br />Lot 129 for 147.93 feet; thence North 77 03'23" <br />. West for 262.62 feet to the Southwest corner of <br />said Lot 129; thence North along West line of <br />said Lot 129 for 39.14 feet; thence North <br />77°32'26" East along North line of said Lot 129 <br />for 258.99 feet to Point of Beginning. <br />ADDRESS: Approx. 2927 Panaview Blvd. <br />ZONING: R-1 Sinqle Family Low Density Residence .. <br />Mr. Bosman represented himself and mentioned the fact that a. <br />similar variance had been granted just to the north of his proposed <br />residence and that he would build so as not to interfere with the <br />view of others. <br />There was some discussion from the audience for and against the <br />proposal. The main problem dealt with drainage and it was felt <br />generally that more research is needed to provide proper drainage <br />in the Larimer Road area which lies belota the prcposed single <br />family residence. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts and testimony, it was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by <br />Dir. Kristensen, and unanimously carried to grant the applicants' <br />reguest as it meets the requirements as set forth in the Everett <br />biunicipal Code, Section 19.70:060, Sub�ections 1, 2, 3, and 4, <br />A hearing was held on the application of James Dupler, 320 Olympic <br />Slvd, Everett, WA 96203, for a variance from Section 19,08.010, <br />� Everett Diunicipal Code, Land Use, Paragraph B, for permission to <br />front on a public dedicated street for t�ael:ty (20) ieet rather <br />than the code requirement of forty (40) feet. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 5, Block 2, Plat of Darlingt��n <br />ADDRESS: 2933 Mukilteo Blvd. <br />2oning; R-S Single Family Suburban Residential � <br />Dfr. Dupler represented himsel'f and there was some discussion in <br />reference to the proper legal description published in the news- <br />paper and as to the request being asked by hfr.
