Such street improvements shall not be limtted to <br />the helf street abutting the property; for example, where no per- <br />. - menent street improvement existed, the street improvement sha11 be <br />extended beyond the centerline a sufficient distence (10 ft. minimum) <br />•to permit safe movement of traffic. <br />This Covenant consenting to the formation of a local improvement district <br />applies (and precludes legal protest) only to the formation of a local improvement <br />distrIct, Owner executing this document retains its, his/her or their oged blic <br />]aw to provide input or to make objection to the scope of the prop ' p <br />improvements eoof eimpTovements as wellhas the proposed or*f nalrb nefits and <br />nature and typ <br />assessment therefor. <br />The City shall deliver a signed release of this Covenant to Owner after <br />completian of public improvements as described hereinebove through the formstion <br />of a local impcovement district end after transmittnl ot the final assessment role <br />to the County of Snohomish pursuent to law. The City may not utilize this <br />Covenant for the formation of more than one (1) locai improvement distr[et. <br />This Covenant consenting to the formation of a local improvement district <br />shell be a covenant touching, concerning and running with the land and shall be <br />binding on Owner's heirs, assigns or successors in interest. <br />-1- <br />
