Stairs with winders are not <br />permitted as the principal stairs in apartment buildings. (Refer to <br />Sections 3305(c), 3305(d), 3305(g) Uniform Building Code, 1979 Edition.) <br />Your revised floor alans (Bsmt, Ist and 2nd floors) shall be drawn to <br />scale, dimensioned and rooms labelled. Show all doors, windows and <br />appliances and/or firtures. Draw a section through the errtire buildiny <br />showing framing and interior finishes. Indicate and show "R" value of <br />thermal insulation. This building shall comply with the Washington <br />State Energy Code. <br />Required also is a more complete site plan indicatin9 traffic pattern and <br />parking spaces (dimension). • <br />The following information shall be submitted on drawings stamped by a <br />professional engineer, licensed by the State of Washington: foundation <br />plan, reinforced concrete details, floor framing plans, roof framing plan, <br />typical framing details including connections. Wall sections shall indicate <br />all materials and sizes. <br />No indication of finish grade on site plan shown.
