As the building aould be raised on concrete piers approximately eleven (11) feet above the ground which covers the se�+er line, as shown in Section F-F, the sewer would be readily accessible. Please note that the manholes are not covered in any way by the buildinq. Due to the restricted area and configuration of the site it is most difficult to design for the 17 un3ts allowable, and we have therefore needed to use all of the area available within the setbacks.
