During the inspection several deficiencie� <br />were noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Everett. These deficiencies <br />are considered sufficient to declare the building to be substandard and may endange� the life, limb, health, <br />property, safety or welfare of the occupanu or the public in acwrdance with the Uniform Codc for the <br />Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />Specifically, the structure has bcen vacant for several years and is apparendy abandoned. It is open to the <br />public and constitutes an attractive nuisance. There are several broken �vindows, with an accumuladon of <br />broken glass on this site.
