The <br />plans are approved with the iollowing conditions. <br />- Floors, walls and ceiling of the tood preparation and scullery area shall be light- <br />colored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. If a drop-in ceiling is used, <br />the tile over the bathroom kitchen and wait person areas needs to be <br />nonperforated, smooth, and nonabsorbent material. The walls behind sinks and <br />work tables requires extra protection from 30 inches to 48 inches off the floor. In <br />ihe area of the dishwasher, extra protection should extend from the fioor to the top <br />of the dish machine. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Health District must be notitied. <br />�.���1 A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Piease contact <br />this office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will insure <br />� compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Health for Food <br />� 1!
