August 14, 1984 <br />RYON YI <br />SOUNDVIEW DELI 5 GROCERY <br />3711 MUKILTEO BLVD <br />EVERETT, WA 98203 <br />RE: VIOLATIONS OF CITY CODE AT __3711 MUKILTEO BLVD, EVERETT, 98203 <br />Dear Mr. Hyon Yi: <br />As owner(s) and/or manager(s) of the above -referenced property, you have the <br />responsibility to comply with the appropriate provisions of the Everett City <br />Fire, Electrical and Building Codes. On several occasions the Everett Fire <br />Marshal's Office has attempted to work with you to get your building into <br />compliance with the applicable Codes. Because you halre either failed to <br />cooperate with the requests of the Fire Marshal, or your efforts to correct <br />Code violations have been minimal, this matter has been turned over to the <br />Office of the Everett City Attorney. <br />This letter is written to put you on notice that you are in violation of the <br />following sections of the Uniform Fire Code, Uniform Building Code and/or <br />Uniform Electrical Code: <br />Article 400-8 of the Natiional Electric Code <br />More specifically, you have failed to correct the following conditions: <br />1) Flexible cords and cables shall not be used as a substitute for the <br />fixed wiring of a structure. <br />
