CONCLUSIONS The Applicant requested approval of a Special Pr.iperly Use Permit fur the replacement of an existing 40' PUD utility pole and installation of a 68-foot high wood utility pole with a two sector wireless antenna array on property located at 3711 West Mukilteo Boulevard, Everett, Washington. As part of the application, the Applicant requested a variance to allow the wood utility pole tu exceed the 20-foot height restriction on-site. ((nding 1) 2. The General Evaluation criteria of EMC 19.41.150.C, identified in finding #7, must be satisfied. These criteria are satisfied in the manner as set forth in findings #8 through #20. 3. In addition to the General Evaluation criteria, the Specific Evaluation criteria of EMC 19.41.150.D.1.c, identified in finding #21, must be satisfied. These criteria have been satisfied in the manner as set forth in findings #8 through #26. 4. In order for a the proposed pole to be 68 feet in height, a height variance is required. In order for the variance to be granted, the criteria of EMC 19.41.130.C, ident�ed in finding #27, must be satisfied. These criteria have been satisfied. (findings 28 - 32) DECISION Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions, testimony and evidence submitted at the public hearing, and upon the impression of the Hearing Examiner at a site view, it is hereby ordered that the requested Special Property Use Permit for the replacement of an existing 40' PUD utility pole and installation of a 68-foot high wood utility pole with a two sector wireless antenna array is granted for the property at 3711 West Mukilteo Boulevard, Everett, Washington. In addition, tF�e Applicant is granted a variance from the 20-foot height restriction to allow the pole to be 68 feet in height. All panel antennas shall be painted to match the exterior finish of the utility pole. 2. A building permit will be required in order to install the replacement pole and antennas. Prior to any construction work, approval from of Snohomish County PUD will be required in order to remove and replace the existing power pole. 10 �
