In addition, the Applicant is <br />granted a variance from the 20-foot height <br />restriction. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />VoiceStream Wireless (Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use <br />Permit for the replacement of an existing 40' PUD utility pole and installation of <br />a 68-foot high wood utility pole with a two sector wireless antenna array on <br />property located at 3711 West Mukilteo Boulevard, Everett, Washington <br />(subject property).
