Captain Vognild made the report. The Secaer ilepartment has a copy. The Fire Department report indicates that they did air out the Uasement. On January 29 the Sewer Denartment had been working on the problem. They had called Boeina, and a Boeinq engineer named Sho�aalter said there had been a malfunctioning ' valve, which allotaed the liquid to escape into the seerer line.
