Conclusion: The applicant's property doee have adequate area <br />for four (4) single family lots. <br />The authorization of the variance will not be detrimental to the public <br />welfare or injurious to the property in the same vicinity or zone. <br />a. Fin_ d1ng: The applicant is propoaing one acceas point onto <br />Mukilteo Soulevard in which all lote would share a common drive. <br />The common drive would have lese impervious aurface and would not <br />require maintenance by the City. The common drive will reduce <br />the potential access conflict points on Mukilteo Boulevard to one. <br />b. Conclusion: Reducing conflict point on an arterial is in the <br />publlc welfare. <br />
