Prior to issuance of a certiflcate of occupancy, provide a financial guarantee to <br /> ensure maintenance of landscaping for a period of two yests in the amo�nt of <br /> 10% of the cost of replacing the materials as of the end of the two year <br /> maintenance period. <br /> 3.
