Port Chatham has also failed to complete <br /> modifications and purchase the additional sewer capacity necessary to comply with the permit <br /> requirements. As a result, the City hereby issues the following Administrative Order. <br /> I Port Chatham shall, within 90 days of receipt of this notice, complete all modifications and <br /> agreemenu necessary to comply with your discharge permit 9ow limits. Failure to comply within <br /> � the specified 90 day time limit �hall result in a monetary fine. Penalry assessment is based on Port <br /> Chatham's compliance history and shall include all flow violations to date. <br /> Please understand that enforcement proceedings are of an escalating narure. If violations continue, <br /> fines of up to $10,000.00 per day, per violation, may be assessed. Fines, in part, are determined by <br /> ' the narure, duration, and frequency oE the violation, and by the good faith of the business in <br /> � promp[ly returning to compliance. <br /> i <br /> � <br />
