Because the Intrawest site <br /> will be drawing from the same water source (the Casino stand pipe) as the Sabey site, the <br /> available fire flow to the Sabey site will, theoretically, be reduced. However, the actual <br /> impact resulting from the Intrawest proposed development alone will likely be negligible. <br /> In the long term, the cumulative impact of all the davelopment potential along Mercill <br /> Creek Parkway and Hardeson Road will have a me��.surable impact on the fire flow <br /> available at the Sabey site. To address this impact the City's long term plan is to construct <br /> a separate supply line from Glenwood Avenue in approximately 15 years.
