George Constantine <br /> Subject: Intrawest/Seaway Project <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the pecmit fee work sheet fram the Public Work Depaztment of the City of <br /> Evcrett for the grading,utility and miNgation portions for the Intra�est/Seaway Pcoject. <br /> The following are the rcquirements in obtaining tt�e grading and utility permits: <br /> Gradin¢Permit: A sepazate grading permit requires a fea of S862.50. <br /> Utilitv Pemtit: A separate utiliry pemtit requires a fee of S 12,334.61 along with the <br /> easement for the water loop conneMion ro the south of the project. <br /> Theu pemtits have a window of 180-360 calendaz days from the date the pemtiu are ready to be <br /> picked up from the City and when the work is required to start. In using July 7, 1994 az the actual <br /> date the perntits can be obtain from the City and adding 180 calendaz days,the permits must be picked <br /> up by]anuary 2, 1994.
