<br /> As you requested, we are writing to assert that we will stake the corners as depicted on
<br /> the final Binding Site Plan. We expect the site will be to final grade in approximately three
<br /> months, at which time we will set the permanent corners. Waiting until final grading is
<br /> complete before we set the comers will provide Intracorp with a cost savings in that the
<br /> stakes should not have to be set more than one.
