Once I reviewed <br />the information the tenant had regarding the condition of the house and <br />noted that the information had been sent to the owner of the property, I <br />proceeded with the inspecr,ion. <br />Attached to t Ls report is a comprehensive reporL of contractor and what <br />had been note� during t�ie inspection. <br />In addition to the pr�blems with the uuilding which the contractor noted <br />in his report, I noted the following: <br />1, The electrical service in the andeitiis noteproun�ied y�'I'his <br />main building on the property 8 <br />system is conaidered very hazar�ous. <br />21jw <br />Z, There is dampnesa throughout the house. <br />3, The plumbing fixture in the hathtub is illegal as it falls <br />below the water level of the tub and may cause siphonage of <br />non-potable water into the potable ctater �domestic water) <br />system. <br />4. <br />5. <br />There are no steps for the porch on the house. <br />There is no protective surface on the top of the gas furnace. <br />
