Weather conditions were not a factor in the
excavation of the balance of the contaminated soils and no other problems have ben
encountered on the site to date. All scheduled work wiil be completed and the contractor will
secure and vacate the site before the end of this week. At this point, we are ahead of schedule
and below our projected budget.
We plan to have completed our data and prepared the supporting documentation for a"Review
Of Completed Cleanup" submittal to your offices the week of April 9, 2001. I will telephone you
this week to discuss the subject submittal and resulting "No Further Actin" letter.
Ann and I both wish to extend our appreciation to you, as well as to ;II of the agencies and
individuals involved for the guidance and expertise offered us during this lengthy process. If you
have any questions, please contact me at your earliest convenience. i hanking you, I remain,
Sincerely,
xrt
Steffen Jacoson
cc: Ms. Mary Cunningham, Planner, City Of Evereit, Planning And Community Development
Mr. Mike Young, RS, Snohomish Health District
Mr. Paul McKee, City Of Everett, Public Services
Mr. Hong Tan, ST Corporation
Mr. Bryan Coluccio, Short Cressman Burgess P.L.L.C.
Ms. Cahterine Brumbaugh, ShoA Cressman Burgess P.L.L.C.
Mr. Bob Bencze, Colliers Intemational
Mr. Jim Ries, Frontier Bank
Mr. David Jacobs, Envirocon, Inc.
Mr. Bill Stevens, Landmark Inc.
Mr. Steve Gracia, Kussman Associates
Mr. Arun Bhagat, AKB Engineers, Inc.
Mr. David Bair, Geotech Consultants, Inc.
