We have kept the same number of 1 and 2 bedroom units. There are two new units on levels "A" and "B" that are close to the four parking spaces at 1 st level. They are all 1 bedroom units —A16 & A49 and 616 & B49. There is also a 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd level — 635 On the 3rd level there are a total of 4 units — one 1 bedroom unit— C49 and three 2 bedroom units C18, C32 and C35. At the 4th level there is one 2 bedroom unit D-32 The final three units are on the 7th level, one 1 bedroom unit G62 and two 2 bedroom units G03 and G04. These have not changed from the original submittal. Item #5 We are showing that the Kitchen Sink and Work area in ail "A" units are at 34" maximum. All the other units are designed in such a way that the cabinet under the sink is removable and can be lowered to the 34" height. This allows the majority of the tenants to have a kitchen sink at a normal height and ;educe strain on their backs.
