<br /> All of the items listed nbove will need to be addressed. Permits are required for
<br /> any work proposed and for tiie work already done. You may be required to submit
<br /> construction drawings for permits.
<br /> Construction documents shall be of sufficient clority to indicate the location,
<br /> nnture and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to
<br /> the provisions of the International Residential Code and relevQnt laws, ordinnnces,
<br /> rul:s nnd regulations, as determined by the building official.
<br /> The City of Everett requires that a Licensed Electricul contractor be engaged to
<br /> provide an "As-Built" of new work back to the panel (including affected existing
<br /> circuits). All new work must meet the 2005 Nationol Electrical Code (NECj. Have
<br /> electrical contractor contact the electrical inspector at 425-257-6810 prior to
<br /> beginning work.
