February 28, 2004
I
TO: Mr. Kirk Brooks(Permit Services Manager),
3200 Cedar St.
Everett, W.4 98201
FROM: Alvin C. Moore
3412 Glacier Peak Ave
Everett, WA 98208
Subject: Parkrne Lol Reouest (1132 East Marine View Dr. Everett, WA) - SPU04-001
Sir, per our conversation, I am writing this letter requesting that I be able to keep the
church parking lot compacted gravel versus paving it at this time. Our church has a one
year lease agreement for the said property and our membership is currently small. We
don't have thousands of dollars to invest in a property that doesn't belong to us. In the
future we will out grow this 961 sq R building and potentially have to move.
We agree to upgrade the current pazking area by putting a new chain link fence azound it,
using railroad ties for the boundaries and landscape it with plants/shnbs. By doing this it
vill improve the overall appearance of the property and surrounding neighborhood. I
also understand that this reauest, if approved can be readdressed at a later time by your
dep^ ant. —
Thank you for your consideration in this matter; your assistance is greaUy appreciated. If
there are any questions regarding this request, I can be reached at(425) 280-6566.
  i! .3/6-b9-
AI in C.
