The plan has bcen prepared to mect thc conditions of thc existing Notional Pollutant Discharge Eiimmation Systcm and Statc �Yastc Discharge Gentral Permit Cor Stormwater Discharges Associated with Cnnstruction Activities issued for the site under Permrt Number S03-OU3271, dated luly 31, 1995. Demohnon of existing onsite structures and grading oCthe srte is rcquired to facilitatc future conswction of the Everett Delta Po«'er Plam. Currently, the sitc consists of inechanical buildiugs, yard piping, equipmcnt, and structure foundations t}�ically associated wrth paper produc;ion. The Contractor's scope of work is pro��ided in the pro�ect bid documents cntitled "Everett Dcita Po«'cr Project, Site Demolition and Prcpar�tion. Bid Packagc Submittal, July 1999".
