Remove all rot from foundation area. <br /> 2. Provide adequate bracing within the foundation supports. <br /> 3. Provide pier blocks for foundation posts . <br /> 4. Wood within the foundation area shall be treated wood and placed <br /> not closer than six inches to the earth. <br /> 5. Fr�nt and back porches and steps are rotted and deteriorated. <br /> 6. Guardrails and handrails are required on porches and steps. <br /> 7. The electrical service is inadequate, substandard and may be considered <br /> dangerous. <br /> 8. The plumbing system is substandard and is hazardous. <br /> 9. Each unit shall be provided with heating facilities capable of inein- <br /> taining a room temperature of 70 degrees F. at a point 3 feet above <br /> the floor in all habitable rooms. <br /> 10. All sleeping areas shall have at least one operable window with a <br /> minimum net clear opening of 5.7 square feet. The minim�{m �et clear <br /> opening iieight dimension shall be 24 inches. The minimum net clear <br /> opening width shall be 20 inches. <br /> 11 . Every unit shall have access directly to the outside or to a public <br /> corridor. <br /> 12. The window opening into the stairwell shall be removed. <br /> 13. The old stairway leading from the lower unit up towards the second <br /> level shall be removed. <br /> 14. Repair and/or replace all broken wallboard. There are to be no holes <br /> in the walls or ceil �ngs . <br />
