Marine View Dr., Everett, WA <br /> An exurior inspection of this building was conducted today and the following <br /> deficiencies were noted. These deficiencies are sufficient to declarc the building to be <br /> substandard pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Everett; <br /> 1. The roof of tlris house is rotted to the point of falling apart and requires <br /> replacing. <br /> 2. The chimneys are deteriorat�.d and falling apart. <br /> 3. Most of the windows on the second floor of this house are missing tl�eir <br /> glazing which does not provide the interior of the building and the <br /> occupants with weather protection. <br /> 4. The exterior of the building lacks protection from ihe elements. <br /> 5. There is a deterioration, rot and a lack of maintenance throughout the <br /> building. <br /> 6.
