Marine View Dr., Everett, WA Dear Mr. Eads: • In April 1993 a letter was sent to you, the owner of the property located at 1314 E. Marine View Dr., Everett, WA, regarding deficiencies with the buildings on the property. After receiving the letter, you obtained permits to rcplace posts & beams in back of the garage and reproof the building. There was another permit issued for a 200A electrical service change. These permits were issued in May 1993. A review of Building Inspection files indicate that the work has not been completed. An inspection on the exterior of the buildings was conducted yesterday and it was noted that the building on the alley side of the property is in a state of disrepair. An inspection report is enclosed. The princital building on the property is in very dilapidated condition. There is an inspection report enclosed for this building. Your immediate attention is reqaired in cortecting these conditions. Please advise this office within 10 (ten) days of your receipt of chis letter with a plan of action to accomplish this. If you have any questions concerning these requirements, you may call me at 257-8810. Work conducted to correct these conditions will require permits. Information regacding building permit application requirements, time frames and code infotmation may be obtait�ed at 3200 Cedar Street, second floor or by telephone 257-8810 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
