P�v\�G`'��` �Y� <br /> � �. <br /> Dear aill: <br /> At your request, Craig Stainer of DCI Engineers visited the subject apartment, on August <br /> 22, 2002. The purpose of the visit was to look at the posts and beam connections around <br /> the fumace. We are providing recommendations for the connections at the top and <br /> bottom of the three posts direcdy adjacent to the fumace. <br /> We have detailed our recommended connections on the detail pages attached to this <br /> letter. <br /> Our scope of work is limited to these three posts. Based on our on-site discussion with <br /> Tamra Gregory, City of Everett, Code Compliance O�cer, no further work is required, <br /> thus, we have no further involvement in the suucture at this time. <br /> This structure is aging and has not been very well maintained.
