Marine View Drive <br /> Dear Mr. t;arey: <br /> It has come to the attention of the Ciry of Everett Planning Department that you are <br /> c;urrently in the process of selli�g the home located at the above address. The <br /> advertisement located in the "Homes & Land of Seattle/Snohomish County"Volume 21 <br /> Number 23 advertises the site as having "2 Homes on 1 Lot". This marketing plan <br /> appears to be in conflict with the non-confortning building certification, which was issued <br /> to you on February 14, 2000. <br /> As stated in the administrative decision, NCB#00-002, 'Yhe accessory building shall <br /> function on/y as a rec-room for use by the main residence. The accessory building shall <br /> not be used as a dwelling unit.
