These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or addidons may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Winding stairs shall be not less than 6" at the narrow side of the tread and shall be at least 10" at a point 12"from the narrow end of the tread. 2. Provide stair details showing all components and construction of stairs. Please prepare a resperose letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
